The Heart of Designs On The Go

Here at Designs On The Go we are all about helping dreams come true. I know that sounds cliche but it is true. One of the great American Dreams is to be in business for yourself, be your own boss and quite frankly this can be a very daunting task. I know because I've been there before.

Back in 2017 we had a dream to start traveling the United States full-time while living in 300 sq ft, a dream that most would consider crazy especially when you have 4 little girls. The only way we could make this dream a reality was by having a business of our own that we could literally work from everywhere and at the time I had no clue how to make that a reality.

When Designs On The Go launched we went through some major hurdles all within the first year, ones that probably would of caused most people to give up but I was determined to make it work, and in reality I had no choice because by the time we faced those hurdles we were already all in so failure wasn't an option and that was probably a good thing.

I look around a lot at what other businesses like mine are doing and offering. I have talked to many clients that come to me with a bad previous experience and hesitant to work with me. There are many instances that break my heart, so many people are in this for the wrong reasons it's about making money. Now don't get me wrong everyone is in the business of making money that's why we are all in business isn't it? But it should not be the focus. It's about the relationships, it's about the connections, it's about the community... It is about coming together and cheering each other on! That is the heart of Designs On The Go.

Everyone deserves an honest and fair shot at chasing their dream of being a business owner and if you are going to do it, you need to do it right. Have the look, the tools and most importantly the right attitude. When you work with me it is my hope you will feel like family, a good friend and find the encouragement you need to go for your dream.
